Cron jobs
Five-field schedules that call your site over HTTP.
Cron jobs belong to the hosting account. A job is a five-field schedule (minute, hour, day, month, weekday) and a URL. The runner calls that URL with wget or curl. It does not open a shell and it does not run php on a file path.
Use an address on the site, for example https://example.com/cron.php. Protect the URL in the application if it should not be public. Logs for each run are in the client portal, under Cron.
A job imported from cPanel is not copied. Recreate it. A line that used to run php on the server becomes an HTTP request to the same script.
