Add a hosting account
Create an account and see the containers, DNS zone and mail domain it gets.
In the admin console, open Clients and create an account. You can also create one from the shell, from the SmashPanel directory:
bash scripts/clients/create-client.sh --username acme --domain example.com --with-dbProvisioning creates the container set, a DNS zone with an A record to the server, and a mail domain when mail is installed. The web container serves the primary domain. Choose PHP and NGINX or Apache when you create the account, or switch later. See PHP version and web server.
An account created through the Reseller API does not get a mail domain automatically. Add mail afterwards if that account needs it.
Give the client the portal address https://panel.example.com/client and the password you set. The file manager and SFTP use their own logins. See Client portal guide.
