Who we are

The controller is RPM-PRO, a Swedish sole trader (enskild firma), trading as Smash Hit Hosting. Email support@smashhithosting.com.

What this notice covers

This website. It does not take payment and it does not run analytics. The panel you install on your own server is a separate system. That server stores its own account data under your control.

Appearance preference

The Appearance control stores sp-color-mode in this browser's local storage (light, dark or auto). It stays on the device. It is not sent to us. See Cookies.

Waitlist, when it is switched on

The form at /beta is off unless the site operator enables it. While it is off, the form does not store what you type and it does not send email.

When it is on, a sign-up stores the name, company, email address, optional server and account counts, current panel, the site language, the time of the request, the time of confirmation, and the version of this notice. A rate limit stores a hash of the IP address, not the address itself. The confirmation email is sent through the mail server configured for this website. You confirm with a single-use link, and you can leave the list from the link in that email.

Why, and the legal basis

We use waitlist details to contact you about SmashPanel, and only if you tick the consent box. That consent is the legal basis. You can withdraw it by leaving the list or by emailing us.

How long we keep it

A confirmation link expires on the timetable configured for the site (48 hours unless that setting is changed). We keep a confirmed sign-up until you leave the list or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion, and you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Use the email address above.
