Resellers and white-label
Run your own packages and clients, with your name and logo in the client portal.
Resellers sign in at https://panel.example.com/reseller. They work inside an allowance package: a ceiling on the clients and resources they can create. Inside that, they create their own plans and their own clients, and they can suspend or terminate those clients.
A reseller can have allowlisted tools, API keys, a GitHub App and an SMTP sender. System email uses the reseller's sender name and address first, then the platform sender, and sends nothing if neither is set.
White-label replaces the platform name and logo in the client portal with the reseller's company name and logo. The support address stored for the reseller is not shown in the client portal. The host sets its own company name, legal name and logo under Admin, Business.
Two-factor authentication is required for the reseller login.
